Ya'qub wept until his eyes turned white with grief. Grief is not a lack of faith. He did not hide it, and he did not take it to people. He said: "I only complain of my grief and sorrow to Allah, and I know from Allah what you do not know."

Ya'qub cried until his eyes turned white. Grief is not weak faith. Where you take it is what matters.
Ayyub lost nearly everything, and Allah returned it with more: his family "and as many again with them, as mercy from Us and a reminder for the worshippers." His story is told so that people who have lost everything know the story is not over.
His whole storyWhen revelation paused for a time and people taunted him that his Lord had abandoned him, Allah sent down: "By the morning light, and by the night when it is still. Your Lord has not left you, nor is He displeased. What comes after will be better for you than what came before."
